Guardit Industries was formed to provide customized solutions for Industry and government using the same proprietary Object Identity Technology in all of our products.
Our long term goal is to expand our technical staff and research and development departments to broaden the scope of combining pioneering sensor technology and ease of use potential in industrial segment.
Executive Team
Mike Script, CEO
Michael is the CEO, Co-Inventor and Champion of Guardit. As CEO, Michael is responsible for the Intellectual Property, Founding and Development of the Products and Services, our Business, helping to communicate the vision of Guardit and build partnerships.
Michael received his Masters Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and has long track record in the Computer industry first with Texas Instruments and then operating the East Coast division of Victor Technologies. Michael has developed extensive experience in managing people and large projects.
Michael quickly developed a taste for business and sales and founded his own company International Business Consulting. For 20 years he was instrumental in the design and development of management systems ranging from document management and data mining to shop floor and manufacturing quality control systems.
His clients have included many corporations in a variety of service and manufacturing industries including West Valley Nuclear Services, Lockheed Electronics, Eastman Kodak and ePlus Technologies.
Michael´s Father, Henry Script, (in Memorium), identified a problem in the Safety and Security Industry, leading the two to start their inventive process. Most recently, Michael patented the technology surrounding the Guardit Products and Services.
Kristi Otto, CMO and Investor Relations
Kristi is Chief Marketing Officer/Investor Relations. She is responsible for overseeing the marketing arms for Guardit Technologies and Guardit the Network. Kristi has been the CMO for over three years and also serves as the Investor Liaison.
Accomplished and results driven, Kristi has over 18 years in marketing both services and product marketing with 10 years spent in new product development. Kristi also developed and successfully executed and managed National Marketing Campaign and Product Launches for large corporation, and small to medium sized privately held companies. As a Senior Consultant working in the entrepreneurial arena, Kristi helped bring countless product and services to market, improved revenue through strategic marketing and brand management.
She has served on the Advisory Board for several Companies and She holds an IMBA in International Business and Marketing from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Steve Maziarz, CTO
Steve serves at the Chief Technology Officer. He has been involved with Information Technology and Marketing for the past 30 years. He was instrumental in developing the first PC-based Point of Sale System in 1978. Since that time, he has gone on to develop pioneering hardware and software systems for a number of clients. He also founded the first company to provide Help Desk support, on a national level, to purchasers of personal computers.
Steve´s dedication and persistence have yielded unique, cost-effective solutions to a number of difficult business problems faced by clients. Among them are solutions that were deemed "impossible" by several industry leading software and hardware firms. Steve has worked with ccommercial and government clients both small and large including such notables as Discovery Communications, General Electric and the U.S. Department of Energy.
It is conservatively estimated that his innovative, problem solving approach and insights have yielded his clients over $50 million in savings. However, his greatest joy comes from applying his many talents and wealth of experience to help others start their own businesses.
Randy Ingle, CFO
Randy is the Chief Financial Officer. He has a diverse background including positions held in operations, information technology, strategic planning and marketing/sales. His career has spanned the Outsourcing, Real Estate, ISP, Telecom, Financial Services, Consulting and Government Contracting sectors, with a four year span focused on the International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) market. Randy has extensive experience with start-ups & early stage companies and built the finance department for 2 companies performing budgeting, business analysis, accounting, P&L forecasting, financial and sales reporting, payroll processing, procurement and QC quantitative analysis functions.
Throughout his career, Randy has built complex analytical tools/models supporting various FP&A processes including P&L/Cash flow projections, actuals/budget comparison, work force staffing, telecom capacity utilization, pricing models, sales/operational break-even revenue/production analysis. A creative thinking executive, he has negotiated mutually beneficial strategic partnerships with several selected competitors.
Randy holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from the George Washington University and BS degrees in both Computer Science and Finance from the University of Maryland.
Subhash Batra, VP of Engineering & Operations
Subhash is Vice President of Engineering and Operations. Subhash is responsible for building the technological and operational side of the business with 20 years experience in ground breaking technology.
Subhash holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering and has extensive experience in international outsourcing and manufacturing. Most recently he was the Chief Operating Officer for Main Evaluations, Inc., a medical services firm consisting of over 200 physicians and office staff in 9 offices throughout New York State. Prior to that, Subhash was the owner and Chief Executive Officer for Horizon Electronics Corporation, an Indian manufacturer of television tuners, signal boosters, modulators, audio electronics products, voltage regulators and power supplies.
Subhash also overseas our product Research and Development department.
Steve Castelli, VP, Technology
With over thirty years experience in Information Technology, Steve has worked with numerous platforms and applications in a variety of industries. This diverse experience is of great benefit to our operations. One of Steve's many talents is his ability to find and implement technologies that bring immediate benefits to not only our internal operations, but to our clients as well.
Steve received his Bachelors Degree in Geography under the GI bill as a Vietnam era Naval veteran. He has been with Guardit Technologies since its inception.
Michelle Script, Operations
More than the Daughter of Michael Script, Michelle is a Speech Pathologist and developed her Operational Experience during the inventive and developmental phases of Guardit. Michelle holds and respects the foundation her Grandfather and Father have passed onto her, including these skills into her already broad and comprehensive talents.
